Next week I have no massage appointments in my book. No classes to teach. No meals to cook.
The most pressing thing on my agenda is having my car inspected.
My husband is away on a course and I have the week off. It's going to be good medicine for my soul.
Here are some thoughts on what I'd like to do next week:
- sleep in
- pedicure
- massage
- finish painting birdhouse for Ashley's Auction
- finish the last IDSS art journal project pages
- complete the two painted purses I'm working on
- catch up on emails from readers with questions
- add backgrounds to my daily art journal
- go through piles of clutter in living room/family room and do a big toss/giveaway
- make 3 new soulcollage cards
- swim
- draft new posts
- go through closet and get rid of superfluous clothes
- list what Gianluca will need for college
- walk/run

I'm thinking the last option is your best bet...;-) just keep the Nikon by our side.
Happy Staycation!
Beth in Austin
good for you! staycations are the best sometimes!
I have been cleaning and decluttering like a mad woman! must be something in the air. i'm in desperate need of a pedi, may have to try to sneak one in on my lunch hour one day this week.
haven't found my neroli oil yet, but grabbed a bottle of peppermint oil yesterday while waiting for hubby who was in the phone store. now gotta grab a cuople of cotton balls and little baggie so i can sneak some whiffs at my desk during the day!
have a GREAT week!
Beth: Oh yeah, reading the Nikon manual should have been on my list!
Janet: Neroli is hard to find in stores. Good idea the cotton balls and baggies in the office!
Staycations are the best!! I love my pillow and bed.
Thanks for the pedicure reminder. I want a new one too for the end of summer.
sounds like a delightful "staycation" to me... enjoy
Oh gosh that is WAY too many things for a staycation...where's the 'cation' bit in all those chores1!
