but it is a slippery slope. it won't be long before you'll want new lenses. my first was a nikkor 18-200mm zoom.
then a lensbaby.
and then a 60mm macro.
and a wide angle...
this is only the beginning. but it's an exciting beginning for sure!
Congrats!! You are soooo going to love the D60....and julochka is right...keep saving those pennies, this is only the beginning of a long wonderful love affair!!

Julie- I COULD FEEL YOUR ENTHUSIASM CLEAR ACROSS THE ATLANTIC! I already bought a second lens:55-200 zoom 'cause it was half-priced with the camera. I can feel the tug of interesting new lenses even as I type...

I'm going to get a camera for my birthday! The boyfriend is deciding which one, but seeing how much excitement this one provokes, I'll have to suggest we get this one!

Oooooohhh! This is the camera I really wanted, but alas, I was not willing to penny pinch long enough. (it's always been an issue of mine) Someday, someday. Until then, I'll live vicariously through you! Congrats on your new little beauty.

I can't wait to see your fairy garden. I have one, but of course i always say it's for my granddaughter. :) and since it's been so hot here, it needs some work. but i love them!

Hi! I've seen a Nikon and I stopped! I also have that kind of "creature" (well... mine is older but never tired!) and we really have fun together... I'm sure that in a few days you'll have the same satisfation :))
